Our Island View king villa has a king-sized bed that can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. Views of Second Street & Beachview Dr from the balcony. No ocean view.
Our Island View Queen villa has two queen beds to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Private balcony has views of Second Street & Beachview Dr. No ocean view.
Kitchen Appliances
Each kitchenette includes a refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, two burner cooktop, small toaster oven, and traditional drip coffee maker. NO conventional oven-so plan accordingly when bringing your own groceries (i.e the toaster oven cannot accomodate large frozen pizzas, etc).
The coffee maker uses standard coffee grounds, not K-cups. Feel free to bring your own ground coffee! We provide regular and decaffeinated grounds as well as sugar and a variety of sugar substitutes.
Each villa includes an ensuite stackable washer and dryer. Laundry detergent pods are provided, but you may bring your own if you'd like!
Each guest will be given bath towels and four pool towels for their stay. If you need additional towels, please contact management at 912-638-8661.

ParkingList Item 2
Our covered parking garage is located right off of Beachview Drive and Second Street. Your parking pass will be conveniently located in your villa on the dining table upon your arrival. Please place it on the dash of your vehicle during your stay. There is no gate code required to enter the garage, and there are no assigned spaces. Parking spots are available on a first come first serve basis. We also have uncovered parking behind and in front of the Sea Gate.
There is also public parking on the adjacent streets.

The pool is available from 9am-9pm. It is seasonaly heated to 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
Guests will be provided four pool towels.

Private Balcony
Each villa has its own private balcony so guests may enjoy the beautiful scenary that St. Simon's has to offer. Our balconies are smoke free.

Bathroom Products
We provide Tommy Bahama luxury toiletries in each villa. Not only are these products made with pure, organic ingredients, they are also eco-friendly and packaged with recycled products! Each guest will be provided complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion from the luxurious Tommy Bahama line. One hair dryer is provided in each villa bathroom.
